This motor is marketed to be a plasmatomic competitor with more torque and a little less top end. Well my plasmatomic is the NEO mag version so it has plenty of torque. First I put it in my new 4.8 volt EVO to see how it would fair. On stock fets it is the king right now at 23 mph. I then placed it in my 2X2 stack fet lithium old school XMOD and the result was 37 mph. Well it is right there with the plasmatomic in both torque and speed. As you may have noticed the Ultra-dash also did 23 mph on my EVO. The Difference is that it took the Ultra-dash almost the full speedchecker time, which I think is 30 seconds to reach 23. The speedwave was almost instant. It’s all about torque.
