Anyone can build a super hot super fast motor that you need to adjust your Fet setup to use. A real challenge is building a motor that is fast and will run on Gen Fets. I have owned a lot of motors and many have claimed to be the Fastest stock Fet motors. So far the speedy BB and the Torque-tuned with carbon brushes added to me have been my fastest stock motors. Now we have a new competitor. At 42k rpm it seems to have what it takes. That is only 3000 less than the Torque-tuned. What this motor has more of than the other 2 is torque. The PN and TT are not lacking torque but they do not have the torque this motor has. The Neo Mags make a difference and probably account for the loss in rpm. This motor on the speed checker topped out @ 25 mph which is not the fastest number i have but i will get it on the street side by side with my best Torque-tuned to prove "RPM sells motors...Torque wins Races.

Well Torque does win races but in this case the Tamiya Torque Tuned with carbon brushes added had enough torque to win. I guess the Torque tuned is more powerful than I though. All in all this is still a great motor with a lot of power and should be used for track racing.
